Prerequisites
Able to second Severe. Have abseiled before. Experience of belaying a lead climber.
Sea Cliff Climbing
Taking you step by step through all the stages you need to have dialled before you abseil into one of the country's best climbing venues.
You will be very much involved in all the planning and preparation each day and for each route, including things like tidal planning and rigging abseils.
Movement, technique and tactics for staying safe and enjoying some of the classic 3 star rock routes on offer. You will leave with a much better understanding of what is required to operate safely while climbing at tidal sea cliff venues.
